Specification
Thread plug gauges are tools for measuring the correctness of internal thread dimensions. This plug gauge type can be divided into three types: ordinary coarse pitch, fine pitch and pipe thread. Thread plug gauges with a pitch of 0.35 mm or less, 2nd grade accuracy and higher than 2nd grade accuracy, and 3rd grade accuracy with a pitch of 0.8 mm or less do not have end stop probes. Thread plug gauges below 100 mm are taper shank thread plug gauges. Thread plug gauges above 100 mm are double shank thread plug gauges.
Ring gauges are also called correction ring gauges. They are circular rings with specific dimensions and properties used to correct the deficiencies of measuring tools. Ring gauges are limit gauges for shafts, mainly used to measure shafts or other external dimensions with tolerance grades of 1T6 to 1T16.
