Product Description

This machine tool uses the workpiece machine and the grinding disc to rotate simultaneously to complete the grinding of the spherical surface.
The workpiece is aligned by the movement of the worktable in the X direction.
The precise control of the size of the sphere is completed by the movement of the worktable in the Z direction.
The grinding of workpieces of different specifications from 1/2" to 4" is completed by moving the tailstock and replacing the grinding disc.
The auxiliary support function of the workpiece and the extension and retraction of the top are completed by the hydraulic device.
The relative movement of the workpiece and the top is eliminated by the synchronous rotation of the top and the workpiece.
The machine tool consists of basic parts (bed, slide, worktable, etc.) and spindle box, spindle box full automatic constant temperature circulation
cooler, headstock, tailstock, grinding device, tailstock moving device, workpiece auxiliary support device, lubrication, cooling, cutting and protection devices, electrical hydraulics and other parts.
